We caught up with Finley Lippard, Salesman – Aftersales at Boss Plant Sales Ltd., who joined the team in January this year. Finley shared his journey so far and gave us some insight into his experience working in the construction industry and with Boss Plant.
What inspired you to get into the construction industry?
Construction has always been a part of my life—my dad owns Cobalt Plant Hire, so I’ve been around plant machinery from a young age. That early exposure really sparked my passion. When I saw the opportunity at Boss Plant, I was excited to get hands-on with the wide range of machinery they offer—especially as I was already familiar with many of the brands we work with.
What’s been a highlight for you since joining Boss Plant Sales?
One standout moment has been getting involved with the launch of our partnership with GÖLZ Power Equipment. I’ve made it my goal to become a go-to specialist for small tool equipment within the business, and it’s been great to dive into the details of our new partnership.
Would you recommend Boss Plant Sales as a place to work and grow?
